Waters of Life

The Biola Sea is the body of water that covers the Eternal Plane, carrying with it the Essence of Life that flows from the roots of the Hoedl Trees of Inniscren that grow along the banks of the Dewes River and on the Tavod River where it enters the Cavnod.

When Cren first created Addewid, there was no form, no locality, no substance. There was only the Henin, themselves, so she needed to create something from nothing, which, in the Universe as we know it, cannot be done (as stated and established within the law of "conservation of mass-energy", which infers that "The total mass-energy of a closed system remains constant"). First, she created the Eternal Plane, which is the limitless (you could call it flat) expanse upon which everything else would be constructed. Then she covered it with a fluid substance (the Waters of Life) capable of holding, or carrying, the essence of Hesbrid's spirit, upon which everything Cren created would depend. She would then need a way to transfer the essence of Life, or Spirit, to the Biola Sea. She needed some way to connect Addewid to the Henin, because she knew that exposing Addewid directly to the raw, infinite Attributes of the Henin would result in its immediate destruction. So, within the Biola Sea she created a solid mass, an island, that she called Inniscren, and upon this island she created mountains, valleys, deserts, marsh, rivers and all other forms of terrain that she could think of. Then she covered this island with something she felt would allow the Henin to connect with physical realm she established within Addewid, namely Trees. They would spread roots into the ground and rise up into the Addewin air, their limbs reaching into the depths of the Henin themselves, allowing the Henin to release their attributes into Addewid in ways that were unique to each type of Tree that Cren would create. And one of the most significant trees to flourish on Inniscren, are the Hoedl Trees, the Trees of Life. These trees exist in the Gortha Valley, which is surrounded by the Athivon Mountains, and their limbs are spread deeply into the Spirit of Hesbrid, and their roots pass the essence of life into the waters flowing through the Dewes River on Inniscren.

Praise be,
The Blessed Three
