Technology
1. study or use of the mechanical arts and applied sciences. 2. these subjects collectively. (O.E.D.)

On Addewid, Human culture had to develop without access to any technology related to tools that were manufactured by humans. The laws of physics, upon which human technology was dependent upon earth, is irrelevant in Addewid, where Spiritual Laws are the foundation of existence.

Time
On Earth time is measured in terms of astronomical phenomena. A "day" is one revolution of the earth. A "month" has historically been inspiried by the orbit of the Moon around the Earth. A year is generally based on the time it takes for the Earth to complete its orbit around the Sun.

Since there are no observable celestial events taking place in the sky on Addewid other events are used to measure the passing of time:
Feedings The amount of time that humans can stay conscious without eating the meat of the Meithrin fruit.
Anad Cycle The interval of time that passes during the cycle of a Henin Breath.
Dethig Cycle Twelve Anad Cycles.
Aricel Cycle Twelve Dethig Cycles.

Triple Goddess ( Intredu )
Within Addewid, the Triple Goddess refers to a relationship that developed between three of the feminine aspects of the Henin: Cren, Treven and Hesbrid. This relationship started when Cren created Addewid and Inniscren and each of the differentiated aspects of the Henin took physical shape on Inniscren. They lived together in the Gortha Valley on Inniscren, in Cren's Keep. Together, they created the Cavnod, but eventually split up over a disagreement regarding Cren's decision to bring only the spirits of humans back to Addewid after death within the Cavnod. Treven and Hesbrid insisted that all spirits, including those of all non-human plants and animals, be brought back to Addewid.

Human life on Earth, within the Cavnod, began when Cren decided to reward Merca and Gure for Merca's discovery of a path through the Eithin hedge to the Madru trees (and their gateway to all knowledge) by allowing them to live and die within the Cavnod on Earth.
